Refund Policy

Note

If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The customer is also entitled to refund/return in the following cases

  1. The customer received the wrong product. 
  2. Products have some defects (point no 8 will be applied to it). 
  3. Product damaged in shipping (you can get an exchange free of cost, or if you want a refund, contact us on our given email). 
  4. Product tampers. 
  5. Please Note: Change of mind is not applicable.
  6. There is a 25% restocking fee for every customer. 
  7. You will be responsible for paying the shipping back to us.
  8. If the order is canceled (or refunded) by the customer due to any reason customer has to bear the transaction fee of 5%.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at Support@SartorialAvenue.com and await our reply. We will send you the address where you return your item for exchange.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  1. If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund yet.
